Love the dude at the begining of this video asking the cop if this is a joke. Nothing shocking about a bunch of college kids drinking on springbreak. But the newscasters are acting like this is the end of civilazation! Kids will be kids and they will do dumb stuff.  As long as they are being safe and staying at that house party, what the big deal. Let them blow off steam.
