Rock stars. Celebrities. Do they completely give up their rights as "normal" citizens as soon as they become famous? Should they be constantly "hounded" by the paparazzi? Those of us regular folk are constantly hounded by the creditors we owe money to because we don't make nearly as much as they do. Does that make us "even - Steven"?

The Hawaiian Senate just passed the Steven Tyler Act to protect celebrities from the paparazzi. The new act makes the taking of unwanted photos or videos of others in their private moments a civil violation and was prompted by Tyler asking Sen. Kalani English to sponsor the bill after unwanted photos of him were taken of him on a recent vacation.
