Position: ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE (TOTAL TRAFFIC)
Clear Channel Providence is looking for an aggressive, self starter Account Executive to join our team as a Total Traffic Seller. The position requires a highly motivated and creative individual with sharp marketing skills that can work with our current advertisers to increase their business plus develop new accounts for the stations.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
• Ability to prospect and develop new business through outside sales and cold calling
• Develop results based marketing strategies and promotional opportunities for clients
• Service clients from idea to execution
• Reach quarterly and annual goals and strategies with station management
• Four year college degree preferred
• 1+ years of Radio Sales or Outside Sales in related media preferred.
• Persuasive oral and written presentation skills used to present and close business
• Ability to deal effectively with tight deadlines and the diverse needs of the clients.
• Must be responsible, conscientious, accurate and thorough
• Networking skills
• Computer literate
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
• A team player
